Diane Ortego, LMT

Diane Ortego is a licensed massage therapist who believes that every body has a story to tell—and that sometimes, the body communicates in ways words cannot. Her philosophy, “Where Your Body is Heard,” reflects the way she approaches every session: with curiosity, intention, and a willingness to listen.

Diane came to massage therapy because of her fascination with the connection between the body, movement, stress, and the nervous system. She loves learning how the body works and continues to expand her education so she can offer her clients thoughtful, individualized care.

Her experience and training include therapeutic massage, lymphatic drainage/MLD, myofascial techniques, deep tissue, prenatal massage, TMJ work, cupping, stretching and Thai-inspired techniques, reflexology, and aromatherapy. She especially enjoys blending different approaches rather than treating every body the same way.

Outside of her work, Diane enjoys yoga, movement, being around water, good food, music, and continuing to learn new things. She brings that same curiosity into her massage practice.

For Diane, massage isn't about forcing the body into a routine. It's about slowing down, paying attention, and responding to what your body needs that day.
